Reservists engage in work where they can apply their skills and maintain their career, all while prioritizing the balance they desire.

A company's Reserve Squad contains employees known to the organization with specific subject matter expertise who can fill temporary or part-time business needs.

We make it easy: we staff, manage, and deploy Reservists. Our dedicated Workforce Manager serves as a liaison and extension of the Human Resources team.

Reserve Squad helps businesses set-up a new classification of work status - a “Reservist”. Working with each company’s HR and procurement departments, Reserve Squad’s dedicated Workforce Manager oversees the program and becomes an embedded resource for the organization. We help recapture high-performing talent who may have left for caregiving, career pause or retirement, giving them the option to rejoin as a Reservist, helping to fill contingent workforce needs as they arise. Reservists pay and employment is managed by Reserve Squad.
